·       To confirm your reservation on our website or via telephone it is necessary to provide a credit card, which will be debited 50% of the total amount of the stay one month before the date of arrival. Also, it is possible to make a deposit to confirm the reservation.

·       Reservations can be cancelled or modified with more than 15 days before the day of arrival without charge. In case of canceling after this period, with 15 days or less, the amount corresponding to 50% of the reservation will be charged without return. In case of no show on the day of your arrival, the total stay will be charged with taxes.

·       The taxes applicable to our rates are 16% VAT and 4% lodging, which are not included in the room rate.

·       Our rates include a continental breakfast for two people. Also available is the à la carte breakfast with an additional cost. Breakfast will be served from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.

·       We handle a preferential exchange rate of the Service Tax Administration (SAT) which varies day by day and is much smaller than any exchange rate managed by any bank.

·       Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Please let us know by e-mail or telephone your estimated arrival time.

·       Check-out time is at 12:00 pm; in case of vacating the room later on the same day, a half rate plus the corresponding taxes will be charged.

·       People under 12 years old are not allowed.

·       The rooms are for two people. We do not have additional beds and no extra people are allowed, except in the two main suites of the hotel. The rate per day is USD 100 per night.

·       Pets are not allowed.

·       Smoking in rooms is not allowed.

·       We have drinks service for guests with extra charge.

·       On weekends you can only book with a minimum stay of two nights.

·       The jacuzzi is reserved exclusively for guests. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

·       The entry of alcoholic beverages into the hotel is not allowed. Alcohol consumption is done exclusively at the bar.

·       Only table wines can be taken as uncorking, so the entry of any other type of alcoholic beverage is prohibited. The cost of uncorking is $ 450 pesos.

 

 

VERY IMPORTANT

·       The guest acknowledges that Casa No Name is an old house so the hotel will not be responsible for accidents.

·       The rooms have valuable objects that are part of the cultural heritage of the hotel so the guest must cover any damage, theft or loss thereof.

·       Casa No Name will not be responsible for loss of guest belongings. That is why a safety box is available in each room.

·       At the time of booking you confirm that you know and accept our policies.
